Return Policy
All products to be returned must be in new condition with tags on merchandise.
Returns for credit will be issued at invoice price for 30 days from date of invoice. After 31 days the current web store price on item will be issued for credit. Any returns after 31 days from invoice date will receive in-store credit only.
Thirty-one (31) days after receipt of merchandise, no item or items will be accepted for return without a 12% restocking fee.
Refunds are valid for ninety (90) days from date of purchase, and are subject to the restocking fee listed above. A copy of the sales slip is required. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
No merchandise will be accepted for return without a return authorization number clearly marked on the box. This return number can be obtained form our order desk, or by e-mailing sales@DetroitArms.com.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Ship your return using the carrier of your choice - return shipping must be prepaid and is at the customer's expense. Remember to insure all shipments.
If an exchange is made the customer will only be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us - Detroit Arms will take care of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.
Any merchandise returned "cash or check on delivery" (COD) will not be accepted.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice on which it was purchased.
Merchandise returned must be repacked in such a way as it is in saleable condition when received: original package intact, no writing on internal boxes, etc.
We recommend the use of a shipping method that includes tracking service, such as UPS Ground service.

Claims
Any claim that goods have not conformed to specification will not be accepted without prior written authorization from Seller within thirty (30) days of the receipt by Purchaser of such goods. Otherwise, any such claims shall be deemed to have been waived by Purchaser. If Purchaser complies with the above notice requirements, Seller's liability shall be limited to refunding the purchase price of the goods in question. No damages or charges of any kind, either of labor, expenses or otherwise, suffered by Purchaser in repairing or replacing goods will be allowed.
Choice of Law
These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Michigan.
